WELCOME! to Current Health 2's Web extension for October 2006.
By now, you've probably learned a thing or two about this year's crop of students—and they've learned a great deal about health, nutrition, and fitness from you. Hopefully, this new knowledge has helped them to improve their lifestyles. Don't let them be shy about the positive changes they've made—encourage them to enter Current Health's Healthy Habits essay contest. We're challenging students from grades 4 through 12 to tell us just why they've decided to become healthier—and how! In addition to a cash prize and a certificate, winners will get to see their essays featured on weeklyreader.com. For more details and entry forms (which must be affixed to each entry), click here. The deadline is December 15, 2006. Good luck!
Sincerely,
Meredith Matthews
