WELCOME! to Current Health 2's Web extension for September 2006.
It's time to gear up for another great year of learning about healthy living. To help your students reach their physical best, we've designed a fitness program with separate components for beginning exercisers and more advanced athletes. It's called Get Up and Go! The first basic workout appears in the September print edition. But both levels are available on our Web site, and two new workouts will appear there every month through April. Also included is a workout log so your students can track their progress. We hope this fun fitness program helps your students start the year off right!
